Automatic data collection
We automatically collect and store on our server log files information such as browser type, operating system, IP address or time of server request, which your browser transmits to us. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. We do not combine this data with other data sources. Furthermore, this data is deleted immediately after a statistical evaluation.

Collection of personal data

Personal data is only collected by us to the extent technically necessary, e.g. for the processing of contracts. Under no circumstances will personal data be used outside our company, sold or otherwise passed on to third parties without your express consent, which may be revoked at any time. An exception to this is the transfer of your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For the processing of payments, we pass on your payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment.

Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide us with this information when ordering goods or opening a customer account. We use the data you provide without your separate consent exclusively for the fulfilment and processing of your order. Once the contract has been fully processed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.

By opening a customer account, you consent to the storage of inventory data (name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number) and, with separate consent, bank details (name of bank, sort code and account number) in a customer database. In this way, you can log in and order with your user name and password for future purchases without having to enter your data again separately.

Right of information and revocation

Your interests worthy of protection will be taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions. You have the right at any time to request, free of charge, information about the data stored about you, its origin and recipients, as well as the right to block or delete such data. Furthermore, you have the right to revoke in writing any consent given for the purpose of data processing.
